1. Shipping Destinations
We proudly ship worldwide from our design studio in Colombo, Sri Lanka.
2. Order Processing Time
Each MannatCouture piece is created with exceptional attention to detail. While ready-to-ship items are usually dispatched within 3–5 business days, made-to-order or custom garments may require additional processing time depending on the complexity of the design.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
3. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times
We use trusted international couriers such as DHL Express, FedEx, or Aramex to ensure secure and timely delivery.

Australia, UK, UAE, USA, Canada: 4–7 business days

Rest of the World: 7–10 business days
Please note that delivery times may vary based on your location and customs processing times.
4. Shipping Charges
All shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the weight of your order. MannatCouture does not offer free shipping.
Shipping rates will be displayed before you confirm your order.
5. Customs Duties & Taxes
For international shipments, customs duties, import taxes, or other applicable fees may be charged upon delivery. These charges are not included in your purchase total and are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Please check with your local customs office for any applicable duties or taxes prior to placing your order.
6. Delivery Issues
If you encounter any issues with your delivery (delays, damage, incorrect address, etc.), please contact us promptly at sales@mannatcouture.com. We will work with our logistics partners to assist you.
Please ensure all shipping details are correct when placing your order. MannatCouture is not responsible for delays or losses due to inaccurate shipping information.
7. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this to track your shipment directly via the courier’s website.
