All products are handcrafted and may have slight variations in color, embroidery, or finish due to the nature of the fabrics and artisanal work.

Product descriptions, images, and pricing are provided to the best of our ability. However, slight differences may occur.

Made-to-order and custom design items are produced based on client specifications.

3. Pricing & Payments

Prices may be subject to change without prior notice.

Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit/debit card (where supported), or cash at our boutique.

For international orders, additional shipping, customs, or duty charges may apply, and the customer is responsible for such fees.

4. Orders & Confirmation

An order is confirmed only after full payment or a deposit has been received.

In case of made-to-order garments, timelines will be communicated at the time of purchase.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including but not limited to pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspicious transactions.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Local orders within Sri Lanka will be shipped via recognized courier partners.

International shipping is available to selected countries. Delivery times may vary depending on destination and customs clearance.

Mannat Couture is not liable for delays caused by courier services, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.

All designs, photographs, content, and branding associated with Mannat Couture are the intellectual property of the brand.

Mannat Couture shall not be held responsible for damages, losses, or delays arising from the use of our products or services.

Customers agree to indemnify Mannat Couture against any claims, liabilities, or expenses arising from breach of these Terms.
